HSBC: 34 LPA (Kalyani Nagar, Pune) - Lead
Citi: 32 LPA (Pune) - VP Lead
Infosys: 30 LPA (Pune) - Sr Consultant

I have 6.6 years of experience and am currently based in Pune. While Backbase offers the highest compensation, it requires relocation to Hyderabad.

Seeking advice on the Globant option considering career growth, stability, and location.

Or should I take a job offer I was given with a nice raise, but is in consulting at Slalom. I have not worked in consulting before. There is no travel with Slalom, but the idea of being the new person all the time isn’t too appealing. Less pay and known culture, or more pay unknown job satisfaction?

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?
