Is it possible to get projects from business consulting or any other partner from tech consulting? How does it work. Also, if I don't get project, I plan to resign. So, I recently joined a new company. They have put me to a project which I have no knowledge, no skill there.

I'm new, project is new, no one to give KT.

What I'm a supposed to do?

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.

What should I be expecting for my first couple months and first project? Joining out of college soon and a bit anxious on what to expect - thanks!
