I have just joined EPAM two months ago and I am not able to crack two client interview.I am very worried as per reviews EPAM terminate those who are not able to crack client interview within three months.
Please suggest.

Got to interview a candidate for Mid senior role... candidate has listed exactly 53 projects on his resume in last 5 year.. kind of shocked to see someone would write each and every ..small and large projects.. 14 YOE .9 page resume ..😭

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Does anyone have knowledge of the financial crimes practice in KPMG? I am interviewing for a position to move there from a current forensics position. The KPMG recruiter explained that its an extremely small practice and I wouldn't be doing a lot of the "grunt" work any more like clearing alerts in AML etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this practice really does? Online info is not that descriptive. Also, is the 80-100 percent travel really true or is a bit less?

I work in Nj at a pharmaceutical company and have been there for the past 4 years supporting a VP and currently at 77k a year and it’s not enough. Going to start interviewing elsewhere and want to get an idea of what starting salaries you all are at and what I should ask for. Any advice ?

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.
