BayOne Solutions (Cisco Client) – ₹13 LPA Fixed. I’ll work from the Cisco office with a Cisco laptop. It’s a 6-month client contract, after which BayOne may assign me to another client.

Happiest Minds – ₹12.5 LPA Fixed + ₹75K joining bonus. Permanent role.

Tech: Automation Testing | YOE: 4 years

Which one would you choose?

Also, does Cisco convert vendor/contract employees to permanent roles?

Can anyone tell me the difference between a senior and lead validation engineer( no direct reports in both cases) in Pharma/ biotech ? I am not sure what’s the hierarchy and which level must get a higher salary. Or is it just referenced interchangeably in different companies ?

I need help.
I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience
