I Recently joined TCS and got tagged to the CitiBank project. They are preparing us for a Karat assessment, and it seems pretty tough. The test will be proctored and taken from the office.

I’m worried about what happens if I don’t clear it. Has anyone faced this before? Would appreciate any guidance or experiences.

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

I can see a non solicitation clause in my current employer's offer letter than I can't join client within 12 months of my termination.
