Hi folks,I'm 5YOE Java Angular FSD currently working in DBS, I find the work culture here is bit hectic and also 5 days 9hours office is mandatory with a monthly deployment which requires us to support weekends, is it a right time to join WF as final discussions going on as I Moved to DBS 1.5 years back and earlier worked in TCS.My current pay ~20LPA with 17LPA fixed. Considering the ongoing layoffs and work culture discussion in wells Fargo is it a good time to join also how much can I expect

Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev. I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
