Not sure if this is the right place for this question. I'm considering transitioning from the film industry into NGOs (preferably conservation). I currently work in project management.

My two concerns are: is the pay and job security potentially worse than in the film industry?

Would be lovely to hear your thoughts about pay and job security compared to similar roles in for-profit organizations.

Any PowerBI consultants out there? Curious if the need for this is really out there, how lucrative it is, and what other skills help in your process (sql, python, etc)

I need some career guidance.
I have 6+ yoe in business intelligence(Qlik), SQL. Self taught python up to oops/pandas/re.
What's the best direction to take my career forward and transition into a better domain if possible?
Should I do some DS/ML or cloud(azure/gcp) courses? If yes, suggest some.
I get calls for python but they demand scraping & webdev(selenium/bs/django/flask) which I have no interest in.
Can someone guide?

The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?
