I have 4.5 years exp with salary of 9lpa but working in a good project, work from home. TBH I like working here, but my salary is very low for this exp. I m working with ADF, databricks, Google BQ, GCP, vertex AI search, pyspark, ADLS.
Should I try for a switch? If so, how much hike I can expect. Please advice. Also does my tech stack have more opportunities?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
