I have 8+ years of experience, got offer from Cognizant and LTI for Azure Data Engineer role. Both are offering same package which is 19LPA. Recently got selected in Atos Syntel. Would you be bothered if a colleague (peer or subordinate) went on vacation to the Caribbean for Thanksgiving, then decided to stay there and work remotely while his wife continued to vacation for another 2 weeks?
