Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

Sometimes you have to pivot to different specialties to get the experience you need. Careers rarely go straight up. I'm in a similar place right now. Have you probed this with the company? I would ask 1. Whether or not you'll be able to contribute to and influence the development of their processes/instance. If not are they open to expanding that area/connecting you with the right teams 2. What funding and tools they have to help you stay up to date and continue to grow 3. What the longterm development/progression opportunities are. I would also get myself involved with communities outside of the company that will help me stay informed (meetup, etc.).
Support/ticketing focuses on solving issues and making enhancements efficiently for the business. If it was a support manager role, that oversaw support to an entire business unit overseeing several technologies, then it would be better.
If you are managing a team of admins, and involved in BA/consulting work and looking for a change - move higher up/change to a different industry/Salesforce domain/move out of Salesforce to a more technology generalist role that implements business requirements.
Service Cloud is a huge industry if that's what you're asking

If you’re managing a team right now and wouldn’t be in that role, it would be a step down in my opinion. If you’re overseeing the team managing the actual tickets then it would probably be similar to your current role and worth doing.
