Hi Guys, i got offer from HCL in the first week of Jan'23 and sent my acceptance mail on same day.. as the attachment in the candidate portal was not opening or corrupted ..the status of Offer letter in iOnboard portal has not changed to "Accepted" state also the Selection status is still pending. BGV documents uploading links are routing to smart portal. Will it be the same credentials which is being used during discover portal login? Asked my recruiter HR, but no reply so far

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?
