I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Wanting to apply to big 4s but I'm having a hard time updating my resume to tailor it to tax roles.

I know this is a stupid question. But how do I explain what I do for purposes of a resume? I primary work on 1120s with some international exposure to foreign filings. Since I'm at a small firm, I've essentially worked on every type of return (1040, 1041, 1065,1120s, PPTs) But I'd say 60% of my work is c corp and the other 40 is between all the others.
