I just wanted to talk about a guy who is a project manager in fab account in wipro. Below are few things he does:
1. Counts the number of times a pregnant women goes to washroom and wants her not to go and reduce the frequency because the productivity reduces.
2. You need to go to office every damn day without fail and have to work 9 hours without breaks and take breaks for 10 mins/3 hours and 30 mins lunch.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

A recruiter keeps discussing my salary level before sharing my resume with the client. I gave given my level and said I’m willing to discuss based on other benefits etc but feels a bit odd to keep discussing it before even sharing with the company... Is this normal?

Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
