I need suggestion on which company to join.

Xoriant - 26.5 LPA
CitiusTech - 25 LPA (can negotiate to match Xoriant's offer)

YOE - 6 years

I have only 3 days to decide which company to join. Looking for stability and WLB right now. A difference of a 1-2 lacs don't matter too much.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Folks,

I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.

Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?
