Hi guys, I’m currently working at a non-profit, and while I’m proud of the work we do, I’m so burnt out. I’ve been working in healthcare since highschool in one form or another and I think I need to take a break and find another career. As much as I like the work I’m doing, there are so many aspect that give me such anxiety that have become more of a center piece of my work there. Healthcare is all I know tho, and I want to break out of it. I don’t know where to go or what to do.

Question for nurses: What do you do and what's your salary range? Still deciding on which area should I pursue. Thanks!

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

There is an opportunity in another office to build out their business in a large industry that I identified. The office has very little client base within the industry. The partners do not have experience in the industry and there are no senior managers or managing directors in that office. As a SM4, how do I go about asking to build out that business with the hope that it’ll build a strong case and accelerate my path to partner?
