I don't have any european visa or any other thing.
I've 4 years of experience in automation testing and have recently started to contribute to devops activities.

Can you please suggest if it possible to get a job from india and is it worth it to move to europe?

I think I'm really bad at communication, storytelling, active listening etc. I'm good at 1-1 relationships, but really bad in 1-many scenarios. I just sound stupid often. Feel like I'm surrounded by people who communicate so much better. Has anyone improved their comms skills as they progressed in their careers? Any tips or courses that helped you on the way?

So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. How many years did it take you to get promoted to senior software engineer?

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Is this normal in the entertainment world? Any suggestions?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

Need advice.
I am currently working at a prod based company as a QA Engineer in a maintenance project. I joined 7 months back. They offerred me an SDET+DevOps role. And all this while I was mostly working on manual. There is no scope and value to automation in this project.

I have an offer from a service based company with 25% hike from my current ctc. They have offered a API automation project.

Is it wise to leave now or should I wait for an year?
