Is Masters really necessary to get 20+ LPA?

Or can I learn data science on my own and get the same kind of package or better?

I'm currently a data analyst with almost 4 YOE and would like to get into ML and data science and I'm thinking is the investment for masters really worth it during this age and day.

Just got an offer from Facebook. Seemed a tad low to me, but the recruiter is not budging. FB fish, is the offer fair?

Base: 180k
