Hi Guys , I’ve recently been offered a role as an associate software engineer for one of the big 4 banks and the pay is $60,000 with 2-3 days WFM. They are hiring me with the purpose of developing me and training me and hiring me with no direct experience. They seemed to like my attitude. My background is financial technology with field service and support. Do you think I should try to negotiate or just take it?
