Hi guys! Joining in EY in the NYC office in February. Was wondering - what is the current wfh/in office structure? Is it hybrid or totally remote? Was debating living in a city for a month or so if it’s fully remote. Thank you!

I graduated in last May and started working in Texas. I lived in Texas for a few months but never officially became a Texas resident. Recently moved back to my home state with remote work and changed my address with my firm to my home state, so now my W-2 is for my home state, not Texas. Where do I file taxes? I know a lot of people like remote work, but is anyone else going insane with it? My workload is high so I'm on my chair all day, then pick up my kid and play until 8pm and then I'm so exhausted i dont do much. I started going to bed super early so i can wake up early and do things but staying in my house 23.5hr a day is just not healthy. I can technically go to the office but there is nobody and it takes me time to commute. Anyone else?

Hi! Currently working at Perforce Software in Minneapolis as a writer making 70k. Was offered a job to be a writer at Amazon Alexa for 95k plus 11k sign on and shares. Here’s the catch: the job was listed as fully remote but now they’re asking if I’d want to move out on the West Coast. My husband will be relocating to NYC for his job which is where I want to go…working West Coast hours in NYC sounds kind of awful. BUT I really don’t want to live in Seattle…any advice?
