Hi Guys, Need some suggestion. I am getting 18lpa with 10 percent variable from HCL Tech with 8 total YOE with 5 YOE in AWS Admin with Terraform devops and remaining in networking. Currently I am in infosys with 13 lpa with 15 percent variable with same JD.
HCL said they cannot go beyond this. So need some guidance on negotiations? Should I go ahead with this offer or risk it with negotiation?
