Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I had a lot of questions about organization, handling demanding people, and how I handle conflict
It could be anything from hypothetical scenario questions to just a casual conversation about yourself, your life, hobbies, etc. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum when interviewing. Regardless of what you get, just relax and keep it conversational.
I was asked more general questions about my background and experience in the second interview with direct bosses. It wasn’t until the in person interview with the team that I was asked more behavioral stuff, like how I handled competing deadlines/multiple stakeholders knocking on my hypothetical (I’m remote) door, my task management style, and how I handled counterparty issues (among others but these are the ones I remembered).
Just make sure you turn it into a conversation instead so it’s not an interrogation, it makes them and you more comfortable and you more likely to get through to the next stage.
Expect some question about when and how you would escalate something. Companies love to hear that you are willing an unafraid to push something up the chain.
