I have joined one of the top 4 Indian private bank as a Campaign Manager in 2019, after 3 years of campaign management I recently got into a product Manager role to learn PM Skills. However, 1 month into the new role I realised that there's no scope to learn PM Skills other than basic Project management. Request your suggestions & referrals to move into proper Prod Man role. I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
