Hi guys currently I'm working in JP Morgan as risk kyc analyst. I'm thinking to do itgc risk audit course and upskil myself so that I can get in as risk audit proffesion in many big firms. This wil help me in getting a better job, better pay and better job profile. Any advises regarding this. Im from non tech background.
One of my friend got as risk consultant which is in Accenture for audit. She was also in same kyc . But did this course and spoke well in interview without prior experience

Hi, I am at 14 LPA. This is my first switch of my career. How much should I negotiate for an L4 level HR Partner role at Amazon? Is getting 20 LPA possible as per their hiring grid for L4 level?

What bonuses are expected to get paid out for FY22? There was a raise in July but no bonus, correct? Is it only equity awards in Nov? Or will there be an element of cash bonus?

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?
