I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

8 years of experience, management level and an MBA? I would say significantly underpaid. I would think you'd be earning $125k-$130k at the least
Depends heavily on where you work and where
you got the MBA. Outside of a major metropolitan area, I think you’re doing fine. If it’s a top tier MBA you could probably get a huge bump if you leave. In any case, your bonus should be higher
I'd ask for a raise since you finished your MBA. Maybe $120k + the bonus?
