Hi, I am in bench now, and the paid bench period is ending in 1 week, so I submitted my resignation, but the notice period is showing as per policy, 60 days. I asked for early release from HR, but they said no, we couldn't provide that. So my question is, as I am on notice, after 1 week, will I get LOP or be paid for the next two months as per policy?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
