Capgemini Hi, I am planning to enroll in an online MBA, one little concern If someone enrolls in a self-funded online MBA that runs mostly on weekends and outside working hours, is it necessary to declare it to HR or the manager?
The course doesn’t interfere with work hours and is not sponsored by the company. Just trying to understand if there is any policy requirement to inform HR.
