I'm on L1-B Blanket visa and my ONLY endorsed copy of I-129s was collected by the officer at POE. (I don't have a photo or photocopy of the form).
Is there any way to get a copy of the stamped I129S from the authority. Whom should I contact? Can someone please guide me.!!!

I got my H1B approved this year. Recently got my I797B (Consular Processing not COS). Can I switch employer before Oct 1st using this I797B form or do I need to get stamping done? Looking for hope & exceptions with this situation my inlaw (German citizen) is in. They came over on Fulbright and now is on O1 but in exile back in Germany.
