I am working as a Product Manager for all common initiatives like Globalisation of applications, creating suite for all the products (consolidation of all modules in a suite). I have overall 6 years of experience 3.5 years into HRMS implementation and 1.5 years into CRM implementation.
What kind of companies and Product Manager roles I can target for future?

How long did it take you to find the right position the first time you went in-house? I am 5 months into it and regretting turning down the (lowball) offer I got a couple months ago.

I am a business development manager in a small biotech incubator. My end goal is to work in commercial, BD or operations within a big pharma/biotech company. What would be best for me:

1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)

Is buyside transition still viable after 3.5 years to associate position? I have pretty significant valuation / CDD experience. Assuming most viable opps are in VC/growth equity, rather than PE; correct me if you’ve had a different experience.
