I am working in cognizant with q project where they have put me in PIP from Nov still now they are not telling me anything as such what is the next course of action nor they are moving me to different project Also asked HR about my movement to different project she denied for same. Now I am not working in the project but still tagged in that project only, as my manager also removed from their groups..
So what exactly they will be doing with me are they going to terminate?

Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ? I know for first day induction i should go to office but since they're not providing any relocation allowance can I ask them to provide full wfh and change of base location to Chennai?? I asked about the project they say only after joining IBM I'll get to know. It's my first switch pls help

Now the thing is this project has lot of toxic people from client team and they play blame games on daily basis.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work.
