I applied for the Python Programmer role at @IQVIA. I cleared all the interview rounds, and I was informed that the offer letter would be issued in the first week of November 2025. However, today I received a reply from HR stating that hiring has been frozen for certain positions.
Is there still any chance that I might receive the offer letter for this role?

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I’m at the cap for salary at the level/role and can’t negotiate offer any higher.
