Hi, I attended my MR and HR interviews on 15th November 2025, and after multiple BGV steps, I received a call yesterday saying that they are ready to proceed with my offer and that the offer letter will be released in the next 10–12 days.

However, this morning I received an email saying, “Congratulations! Your profile has been shortlisted following the first round of interviews at Infosys,” and they asked me to attend another round of interview on 6th December 2025.

What does this mean?

I have an informational interview with a partner at another firm. I’m ultimately seeking a lateral recruitment. What are good questions to ask? Topics to stay away from?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
Any advice on what to do?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?

Applied for a position in PWC UK and status shows as 'interviewin' on workday. Does this mean I'm selected for an Interview, or that the position itself is now in the interviewing process.

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?
