Hi, I attended my MR and HR interviews on 15th November 2025, and after multiple BGV steps, I received a call yesterday saying that they are ready to proceed with my offer and that the offer letter will be released in the next 10–12 days.

However, this morning I received an email saying, “Congratulations! Your profile has been shortlisted following the first round of interviews at Infosys,” and they asked me to attend another round of interview on 6th December 2025.

What does this mean?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). I understand life isn’t fair but is there an ethical problem with this?
