It's been 10 days but no update from them about the offer letter. Can anyone with the same experience faced please let me know how many days it is going to take to release the offer letter?

I am interviewing for an agency and they haven't extended any offers but want me to provide them with all sorts of documents. Is this sus or am I just overtly wary?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?
