I have attended my hr interview during the month of July,
Hr has confirmed that I got selected and after all discussions they requested to send my documents for background verification. After that I have not got the offer letter till date.
When I checked during August month they said they have kept my profile under hold. After that I did not got any sort of update from them and there is no response from them for my mails.
Have anyone faced this situation?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I have attended a TCS interview and cleared the HR discussion too. I was asked to upload the required documents and verified too. It's been a month since I received an update. I have called up HR and he said the requirement is frozen. Can I still expect an offer letter or they stopped it.
Now I cannot apply any more jobs also in IBegin portal. It says you cannot apply, becasue the status in portal is showing evaluation is in progress

I rejected offer last time
So after how long I can re-apply in TCS

What if I accept the offer of TCS and not joined?will TCS black list me or could consider the next time?
