Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
