I just completed my Google Project Management Certificate, and I am interested in exploring the world of Agile/ Scrum.
Any advice on how to advance in this career, should I get certification or apply for jobs?

I am more interested in the product owner side, and I am based in Vancouver, Canada.

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.

How long does it take for Infosys limited to allocate project to new joiners

Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY. I’ve mostly only been a FTE for the entirety of my career, so a bit nervous as I want to eventually be offered FT but feeling a lot of pressure to perform for the next 5 months to prove my worth. At some point it will surely get exhausting. Any tips for how to deal with this? Also curious to know what a mid-level PM normally gets paid as a freelancer?

I met all the check marks every appraisal cycle but still I was given the same reason every year. Need book of business or sales experience. Finally, I’m out of that cycle. I’m joining one of the FAANG!

I’d to get a job in a small architecture firm or work for a developer to help build up my network. For the past 6 years I’ve taught high school architecture and engineering and done real estate on the side.
