You’ll want to find a good broker. Not sure what your headcount is. OneDigital used to be a good one for smaller companies. Marsh McLennon is ok. If you’re smaller you may even want to look into a PEO.
what's a PEO?
Your best bet is to work with a benefits broker. USI is national and their HR hotline is staffed by employment law attorneys. The last 4 companies I’ve worked at I’ve changed the broker to USI. Marsh and McLennan is good but only includes access to Mineral for hotline assistance.
TriNet. Give them a call. They group employers together into PEOs to get better volume discounts.
TriNet: Offers industry-specific plans (e.g., for life sciences or financial services) with high-end carrier options like Aetna and Kaiser Permanente.

I disagree that you need a broker if you only have a few employees. Literally zero of the big brokers, including USI and Marsh McLennan would give you any real support after they put in a half-arsed amount of work to get you crappy and expensive plans (BTDT, have the T-shirt).
If you haven't yet selected an HRIS/payroll product, I recommend Gusto. They actually have multiple plans for their small clients.
If you look for a broker, find a small boutique one, where you will be an important client to them. The USIs and Aons and Mercers of the world really don't give their best service to tiny companies. This is experience talking.

What would who be under? Gusto? You can Google them.
There are a gajillion brokers out there. Perhaps you can Google "small boutique brokers near me" and get some names. I just know that my company is treated like a gnat on our broker's rear end because we are so small compared to their other clients.
I would look at brokers or consultants for benefits. They can guide options based on size and budget. It saves a lot of trial and error.
I agree to find a broker here ! Life becomes easy
