I wanted to check if any Java developers in Coforge have been on the bench for the past 2–3 months. Are you getting any internal calls for client interviews? What’s the maximum bench duration currently allowed? Should we proactively reach out to hiring managers, or will someone connect with us for internal opportunities? I’ve worked at the same well known tech company since I graduated school 8 years ago. I’ve been promoted 3 times so I’ve held a few different jobs within my org.

BUT .. I’ve applied to a few companies and getting no responses. Is it a deterrent for hiring managers/recruiters that my experience is based primarily at one company?

Who knew interviews are a whole different process on its own. Very exhausting, answering lots of questions and thinking. I’m completely done with 2022 interviews. These interviews are just mhmmmm.

In the beginning of the month I started working at a new place for a promising client, but realized the team is absolutely disorganized and no one is willing to do much. I haven’t gotten onboarding from my team and no one takes notes... is it bad to start looking again?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
