I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

The Current employer verification will be done before the week of the start date. Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.
