How many days does it take to get interview call after completing cognitive ability assessment test

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Applied for a Director role in industry without realizing their Director = our manager. Had a call with HR that said their salary band is $20-30k below my current. I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. Now I just have so many regrets that I let her go. I know we still love each other and left on “good” terms but can’t forgive myself for my lack of action.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

I live with my mom (Property owner) in delhi and pay 16.5k pm as house rent for HRA deduction.

Now, she need some lumsum amount of 5 lakhs and I would like to pay this but also show this as house rent while filing ITR.

2 MAIN QUESTIONS -

1. Can I pay 5 lakh and show as house rent in HRA while filing ITR?
2. Total yearly rent is 16.5 × 12 = 198k. Can I show remaining amount i.e. 302k as Rent for next year?

Is salary hike on job switch based on fixed salary or total CTC?
For instance, companies inflate the CTCs of Management trainees from B schools by including high performance bonuses. ICICI for example pays 20 lpa but only 12 is fixed and 4 lakhs is paid after every year (only for two years).
How is hike calculated by HR when one switches In such a case?

Opinion: the major difference between a service based company and product based is the Hiring Manager. In product based interview you can get a good idea about the work you will be doing by discussing with HM. But not the case with service based where what will you do is based on what project company gets.
