Till last year we were getting ESP in April itself.

Is 130k and 10% bonus a good renumeration for senior software developer in Toronto area?

How much salary provides by Techm? if they provides basis on my previous salary or directly as per the band and expectations?
my yoe - 10.8
CTC - 16.33 with VP and 13.5 is fixed
Getting offer from other company - 24 Fixed

Expecting from Techm - 28 Fixed

T3 firm reached out re: direct admit to the partnership with some runway to grow the practice. I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years. This would be a step down in brand, but might be better from a WLB and getting to start at partner. Haven’t had firm comp talks yet but range was well north of 50% increase in cash comp from current (plus LT equity, draws, etc). Anyone take $ over brand? what are some traps to watch for?

How much hike and bonus for differentiating lead feedback ?

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? That project is short term and they are asking to complete the development within 2 weeks and I am the only one resource... I told my tech skills to my pm... He said no other resources is available to replace you.... What should I do now....
