When it comes to the digitization of healthcare, how important is it to have tech exp vs. healthcare exp? I understand it’s ideal to have both, but healthcare seems so far behind other industries. Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
