It all depends on project.. senior associate will be like team lead role..in CTS process will be having equal priority as deliverables..this is from my experience
Depends on projects. Was with cognizant almost 3.5 yrs and i had a great experience. Manager was super cool and my colleagues were also so supportive. Management was ok. But overall best experience.
It depends on project. Work culture will be good and if you got good project mates then WLB will be good. Since you are Senior associate once you are stable you may need to manage the team. i have seen associate who even contribute individually. It all depends on project and team
