Maybe not the exact answer you’re looking for but being a remote worker, I’ve often had to dig up my own resources to level up my craft and trajectory. An easy to access resource are design & product focused podcasts, such as Design Better (InVision App) & also the Design System (Knapsack) podcast.
It's kinda helpful, acctually. I understand that this type of resource can open our minds — new perspectives were always helpful to me to rethink the way I'm facing the problems.
(Knapsack) podcast is new to me, will check it out! Any other suggestions?
Thank you
Neilsen N/G has good certificates for experienced designers. Theres also so many free resources online, youtube, podcasts, etc. Also can look for mentorship within your company during work hours.

I have the same frustration, l learn more when I’m working with more experienced people but lately my managers are not great with technical design skills, Figma, analytics… they are more like good people that know how to manage others
I think that design challanges, maybe exercices to design hard scenarios, with lot's of constraings. But the bigger problem to me is to have confidence on the UI quality. Maybe other forums or groups to get visual feedback would be good.
Even that getting mentorship is time consuming, I believe that getting feedback on these visual exercises is important
(I think the message is confusing, it was a braindump)
