Hi, I’m working out the amount of hours my team is covered by retainer fees - essentially how much each person is paid for.
In other companies I’ve worked for, data has never had to be covered to the same high %s as other teams (creative etc) because data time is heavy on new biz and project- based/ ad hoc work.
Would love any insight on what you consider ‘normal’ for data analysts, and senior data analysts? I’m a team lead with 90% of my time paid for, and I’m being told that’s ‘quite low’!

Dads with older children: while raising your children, did your children prefer their moms over you?
