ISo, I got an offer from this huge multinational finance company, and the increase is just 2% I'm not underpaid, but I feel they are lowballing me with this offer, given the experience and skills (+10 years, HR, Bilingual) I bring to this role in the location where I'm based. Do you have any advice on how to negotiate in this scenario? I aim to get closer to a 10-15% raise to risk this move. Btw I'm not in the USA, so I don't need to comment on how awful the market is.

HELP PLEASE!!! Long story short. Canadian candidate got verbal offer last wk from US comp with idea I'd move to US on TN. This wk, hr calls me and says after checking, immigration team advised against TN. Hr will now see if it'd possible to bring me on via CAN office. If not, they won't be able give me a formal offer.
