I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Hi Fishes,
Can anyone of you please tell me what would be the hierarchy level for a person joining in JPMorgan Chase with 5+ YOE?
What should be the naming convention of design for a person with this experience?
Analyst or Associate or Senior Analyst or Senior Associate?
Any leads would be highly appreciated.
TIA

Hi All,
My LWD in Cognizant was on 21st Oct , I had returned the laptop on that day. But IT approval has not happened yet, and they are saying it will take 3 weeks to get approved, without this approval i can't download any of the documents after exit ... Has anyone faced this issue recently. Is there a way to escalate this?
I have heard that Goldman Sachs is rescinding offers of temporary contract workers. I have an offer letter from Goldman Sachs Bangalore for a full time permanent role and am already on notice period. There is still 2 months for the joining date. Is there a hiring freeze coming? If yes, will they rescind offers that have already been made? Goldman Sachs

I’ve gone through 4 years of consulting (tax/finance industries)+ 1 year of customer success at a tech company, and just recently made my shift to a pm role at a relatively large tech company.
Not sure how much help this would be but I did my best to highlight similar tasks/responsibilities I’ve done during my interviews. What I remember off top of my head are:
- creating roadmaps
- experience in project management
- implementing new features to a product while working with engineers
- compiling customer/ client feedbacks
- working with multiple cross functional teams
- prioritizing features/ conducting analyses
Its a tough battle but you have a chance. Good luck!
I’m actually based in Asia (Japan) as well! What a coincidence haha
But yes it’s a bit more difficult since US/Europe is way ahead/ more popular for product management, so you’ll have to definitely work for it.
