Hi All,
Could anyone please tell me what is the process of putting paper in capG? What are the steps I have to follow? I am still on my probation period but I don't want to continue here anymore as my role and project is not what I expected. Any other suggestions for me is also welcomed.
Thanks in advance.Capgemini

Feasible in a clinical stage or mid-sized biotech.
Most of the EMs I saw in boutique firms landed at AD level in more established pharma, AD-D level in smaller or early-stage pharma.
Do you have a graduate degree or PHD or MD?

Possible but more likely to hit AD in big pharma. You can hit D in smaller outfits
So you’re 27-28? Assuming no grad degree? I would agree with the comments here. Big pharma is finicky with YOE
Yeah that’s my point, and they are usually closer to 30 or so with PhD/MD. MBAs usually come in at a manager or SM level
For FWIW, I went to a big pharma and landed an SM role after being an SA. Had to push for SM, too.
Depends on the brand and team. You learn a ton and build a great network internally. Hours are also relatively stable. It can be hard transitioning to other functional areas once your in market insights but still possible. Great thing is all your heavy lifting is done by vendors so you spend less time doing the grunt work and more time synthesizing
