I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..

I’m 30 and my spouse and I want to save a million dollars in 15 years by age 45. I figured 1,000,000/15=66,666/yr need to save. To get to 66,666/yr, need to contribute:
-401k at 19500k x 2
-Roth IRA at 6000 x 2
-remaining $7833 x 2 in a brokerage account

Has anyone else stopped getting rejection emails from Google on apps over the past few months?

I am signing an offer this week at a different consulting firm, but want to stick it out through my project at my current firm over the next month. (Actually really enjoy the project just think the other firm is a better fit).

Am I obligated (morally or otherwise) to tell my firm that I’ve signed another offer? Or is it ok to stay on and work?

(Don’t have to start at the new firm for another month after that).
