Is the BSA Business intelligence, a technical role?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.
I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.

Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Am I black listed because of PIP? Please share your insights.
