Hi My HR round with Accenture yet to happen. Yesterday I got mail stating that I have made into HR round but till now no communication. How long it will take to get communication.Currently holding offer of 9.5 LPA (Cash comp alone ). How much can I ask to the HR. And how to negotiate. Pls provide your valuable suggestion. Please don't say I am greedy I want to settle down in my next company for atleast 3 years so I want to get Higher CTC so that I won't think about switch in the future.
